Digital Downloads
Because printable files are delivered digitally, refunds are generally not available after download. If something is wrong with your file or you bought the wrong guide by mistake, contact us within 7 days.
File Issues
If a download link, file, or print layout is broken, we will make a reasonable effort to replace the file or resolve the issue.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same guide twice, contact us with both order receipts so we can review the duplicate order.
